King Summer Enrichment Program 2012

Mahalo for your interest in the King Intermediate Summer Enrichment Program. This summer we will be offering the following non-credit classes: Art, Cooking in the Kitchen, Beginning and Intermediate Band, and Media Mix Plate. Registration is open to current 6th and 7th graders, Beginning Band will be available for current 5th graders. There are two sessions daily: SESSION 1 8:00-9:35 and SESSION 2 9:49-11:24. This year’s Summer Session will run from Wednesday, June 6 through Friday, July 13.

Castle Summer Program for New 9th grade Students

Castle High School is having an open enrollment for their Summer Bridge Program which provides students entering grade 9 the opportunity for enrichment in Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Life Skills. It is an interdisciplinary; skills based program and not a course specific class.  Students will be able to get a step ahead with the opportunity to earn one half (.5) elective credit by completing the program. Dedicated Castle High School teachers are ready to guide your child to become successful at the high school level.  


If you are interested, applications are available at Castle High School’s main office.  The fee is $25.00 and thecourse will run from June 4th-June 21st at Castle High School.  The hours are 8:00am to 1:00pm.  Call 233-5600  ext. 2290 for more information.  A parent meeting is scheduled for May 15th at 5:00pm at Castle H.S. Little Theater.  You can apply at that time as well.
